Gotcha, that's slow! I haven't done a lot of running that much slower than Z2. Small nitpick, but I'd would recommend leaving the "1 hour" part out of that description as it just clouds the meaning to me. Z2 is Z2, no matter the duration.

Ya I hear ya. There's some other reasoning on the 1 hour note, but prob simpler to just say Z2
