I'm curious what you mean by "your 1 hour endurance pace." The pace you'd normally run a 1 hour endurance run? Or your pace if you ran an hour all out?

Gotcha, that's slow! I haven't done a lot of running that much slower than Z2. Small nitpick, but I'd would recommend leaving the "1 hour" part out of that description as it just clouds the meaning to me. Z2 is Z2, no matter the duration.
